The ‘Art Brings Happiness’ Program
Boonnisa Bonprasob, head of CPCR’s Assessment & Treatment Shelter, worked with CPCR volunteers to develop an art program for the children at the Pakkred Orphanage. ‘Art Brings Happiness’ is a program that aims to build children’s creative skills and imagination. Since art is a universal language that brings joy and hope to all, it comes as no surprise that the children from Pakkred Orphanage had so much fun and felt relaxed and comfortable during the activities. They were all able to use their imaginations and create beautiful art. CPCR would like to thank all of the volunteers and sponsors who support these groundbreaking activities.
Children’s Community Risk Assessment
Risk assessment is the first step all citizens can take to start building a safer community for children. CPCR’s partner, the Nongsai Sub-District Administration Offices in Suphanburi Province, hosted a workshop, focusing on risk assessment and child safeguarding for all residents in their district. Community leaders, teachers, and medical professionals were invited to join the program. They all learned a lot and exchanged ideas on how to build a safer community for their children.
