On April 25, thousands of people lost their lives and many were injured in a 7.8 magnitude earthquake in Nepal. CPCR partnered with “Let’s Bike Thai Co. Ltd.” to host a fundraiser, aiming to raise money to support child victims of the natural disaster.

Let’s Bike Thai Co., Ltd. owns a shop offering a complete range of service to all bikers. The company conducts many charity events and donates the proceeds to different NGOs.

“Let’s Bike, Let’s Ride for Children in Nepal” was held on May 17 and more than 300 bikers participated. The course spanned from Bangkok to Ayutthaya, approximately 60 kilometers round trip. At this event alone, CPCR raised over 170,000 THB. All donations will be presented to CPCR’s partners in Nepal – BIKALPA, Voice of Children, and the Child Watabaran Center.

CPCR has also created a special donation page on their Thai website for people who weren’t able to attend the event. Individuals that donate receive a special “Let’s Bike, Let’s Ride for Children in Nepal” t-shirt.

The CPCR staff would like to thank everyone who is supporting child victims of the earthquake in Nepal.
